Terms & ConditionsThese Terms & Conditions should be read and understood, and apply to all sales by Lan-cor Ltd to each customer. The customer acknowledges that by accepting delivery of goods from Lan-cor Ltd the customer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Orders Means of payment are by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Or, by automatic bank transfer, within New Zealand only. No credit card information is collected or retained by Lan-cor Ltd. Your purchase will be dispatched to you as soon as payment is received and cleared. All sales will be delivered at Lan-cor Ltd’s prices at the time of delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery Delivery to you is expected to be within ten working days of receipt of payment, or four working days within New Zealand, but unfortunately we can not always guarantee this. Your country may also charge import duty and/or tax, and as the buyer (or importer) you are responsible for paying any of these additional costs. These are outside our control and do vary from country to country. You will be able to gain information about any additional charges by contacting your customs office. Warranty Lan-cor Ltd extends a warranty on the Lan-cor for 3 months from the date of delivery where it can be demonstrated the product, or any part of the product is faulty. Claims must be made in writing or through the website contact page. The faulty part must be returned to Lan-cor Ltd’s home address. The decision as to whether or not parts are faulty is entirely at our discretion. If parts are deemed by us to be faulty, and not due to misuse, a replacement part will be issued. |
